Refund & Return Policy

All items offered by Ryan’s Coinage are professionally described and photographed to accurately represent the item being sold.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if an item is materially not as described in the listing.

To be eligible for a return:

The buyer must notify us within 3 days of confirmed delivery. The item must be returned in the exact condition received. Certified items must be returned in the original holder intact and unaltered. Any item that has been removed from its holder, damaged, or altered in any way is not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for: Buyer remorse, Market price changes, Differences of opinion regarding grade, strike, toning, or eye appeal, Third-party grading outcomes or resubmission results, Items damaged after delivery.

Authenticity & Certification

For certified coins and medals, authenticity and attribution are governed by the issuing third-party grading service. Certification serves as the final authority for authenticity.

Refunds

If a return is approved: Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be materially not as described. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment

Shipping Responsibility

If a return is approved due to an error in description, return shipping will be covered by Ryan’s Coinage. The claiming listing error or material discrepancy must be verified before any return shipment is approved.

All other approved returns must be shipped back insured and with tracking at the buyer’s expense.

We encourage buyers to review all images and descriptions carefully and to contact us with any questions prior to purchase. Our goal is accurate representation, professional service, and long-term collector confidence.
